Most communication runs async over email or Slack. Working sessions are scheduled evenings (EST) or weekends — whichever works for your team. Because we're focused and async, turnaround is typically faster than 9-to-5 firms juggling multiple deadlines and standing meetings. The trade-off is honest: if you need someone sitting in your daily standup or available at 11am on a Tuesday, we're not the right fit — and we'll say so up front.
Most engagements kick off within two to three weeks of the first call. For a focused diagnostic or dashboard build, you can be looking at a working prototype inside three to four weeks. We don't pad timelines and we don't run multi-month discovery phases before anything ships.
